Eligibility for Refunds

We provide refunds under the following terms:

    • Refund requests must be initiated within 15 calendar days from the date of subscription activation.
    • Requests made beyond this period will not be considered.
  2. Applicable Subscriptions:
    • Refunds are applicable only for first-time subscriptions.
    • Renewals or repeat subscriptions are not eligible for refunds.
  3. Service Usage:
    • Refund requests may be denied if there has been significant usage of the service or indications of abuse or violation of terms.
  4. Scope of Refunds:
    • The refund applies to the base subscription fee only.
    • Fees for additional services such as integrations, onboarding, customizations, or other one-time services are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be processed under the following circumstances:

  • Refund requests made after the 15-day refund period.
  • Cancellations initiated in the middle of an ongoing billing cycle (refunds will not be prorated).
  • Charges incurred for additional services, including but not limited to custom features, data migration, or consulting fees.

Subscription Cancellation

Canceling your subscription does not automatically qualify for a refund. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and your access to the service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the 15-day refund window.
